Personal care

Discreet, respectful help with washing, dressing and the everyday tasks that keep someone comfortable and independent.

What this can include

  • Washing, bathing and showering
  • Getting up, dressed and ready for the day
  • Getting ready for bed
  • Help moving around the home safely
  • Reminders and help with medication
  • Meals and drinks

Personal care is about helping someone with the things they would normally do for themselves, in a way that protects their dignity and keeps them as independent as possible.

We provide care at home for people living with long-term or life-changing conditions such as dementia and Parkinson’s, as well as people who simply need more help as they get older.

Care that fits the person

Our carers take the time to learn how each person likes things done, from their morning routine to how they take their tea. Because carers are matched to the people they support, care feels familiar rather than clinical.

Like everything we do, our personal care is planned around your needs and preferences, and reviewed as those needs change.

Talk to us about care

Tell us a little about the situation and we’ll call you back to talk it through. There’s no obligation.
