Palliative and end-of-life care

Gentle, dignified care at home for someone with a life-limiting illness, and support for the family around them.

What this can include

  • Help staying comfortable and relaxed
  • Personal care given with dignity
  • Working alongside doctors, nurses and social workers
  • Emotional support for the whole family
  • Guidance through loss and bereavement

We know that most people would prefer to stay at home, where they feel safe and in control, when living with a life-limiting illness. We are here to help your loved one and your family through this difficult time with palliative care tailored to them.

At the heart of our end-of-life care is making sure your loved one is comfortable and living according to their own wishes, in their final months or days.

Palliative care at home, your way

As well as everyday home care, our palliative care can include:

  • Helping your loved one stay comfortable, alongside the nurses and doctors who manage their symptoms
  • Calm, relaxing company
  • Advice and support around loss, grief and bereavement
  • Care through the end of life

Our carers work closely with others involved, such as GPs, district nurses and social workers. You can be sure your loved one is in capable hands.
