Privacy policy

How we look after the information you give us through this website.

Last updated: 5 November 2026

Who we are

This website is run by Midland Health Care Services Limited (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

Care enquiries

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the postcode where care is needed, who the care is for, the type of care you’re interested in and your message. We use them only to reply and talk with you about care. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

Job applications

When you apply for a job we collect your contact details, your answers about right to work, driving, experience and availability, your message and, if you choose to upload one, your CV. We use this only to consider your application and contact you about it. CVs are stored securely and are not publicly accessible. If you’re not offered a role, we delete your application within 12 months unless you ask us to keep it on file for future vacancies.

Who can see your information

Enquiries and applications are stored securely on our website’s server and emailed to the relevant team. Only authorised staff can see them. Our website host processes the data on our behalf. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

If you don’t become a client or employee, we delete your details within 12 months. If you do, your information becomes part of your care or employment records and is kept in line with our records policies.

Cookies

We only use cookies that are needed for the website to work, unless you choose to accept analytics cookies. If we turn on Google Analytics, you’ll be asked first. Analytics only runs if you accept, and you can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page. Maps on our contact page are loaded from Google only if you choose to show them. The Care Quality Commission rating box is provided by the CQC.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us using the details on our contact page. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
